What age groups do you offer programs for?

We offer programs for kids aged 2-13 years, focusing on building athletic skills and confidence at every age and skill level.

Do you offer any programs for adults?

Yes! In addition to our youth programs, we offer personalized training and group classes for adults, including pre/post-natal clients, autoimmune patients, oncology patients, and individuals needing assistance with daily living.

What are the benefits of your programs?

Our programs focus on not only developing athletic skills but also strengthening the mind and spirit. We emphasize discipline, teamwork, and faith, all while helping participants grow physically and emotionally.

How do I sign up for a program?

Are there any trial classes?

Yes! We offer trial classes so you can experience our programs before committing. Check our schedule to find available trial class dates.

What safety measures are in place?

You and your child’s safety is our top priority. We adhere to all health guidelines and ensure all coaches are trained in first aid and CPR.

How do I know which program is right for my child?

If you’re unsure, feel free to contact us! Our staff will help guide you based on your child’s age, skill level, and interests. We also encourage you to attend a trial class to get a feel for what fits best.

What can I expect from my first personal training session?

Expect a comprehensive assessment that may include discussing your health history, fitness goals, and lifestyle habits. Your trainer might also conduct physical assessments to gauge your current fitness level, such as strength, flexibility, and cardiovascular health.

Together with your trainer, you’ll set realistic, achievable goals. Whether it’s weight loss, muscle gain, improving endurance, or simply becoming more active, clear goals will guide your training program. 

You’ll then be introduced to basic exercises tailored to your fitness level. This not only helps in building a strong foundation but also ensures that you perform exercises safely and effectively.

How long will it take for me to see results from personal training?

Typically, noticeable physical changes might start to appear within three to six weeks of consistent exercise and proper nutrition. However, the timeline can vary greatly depending on individual starting points, goals, and effort levels.

Regular exercise and adherence to your program are important for progress. Consistency over time helps build a foundation for lasting change.

Everyone’s body responds differently to exercise due to factors like genetics, age, starting fitness level, and lifestyle. Some may see rapid initial progress, while others may experience gradual changes.

What if I am not reaching my fitness goals as fast as I expected?

Your diet should support your training objectives. For example, strength training might require more protein for muscle repair, while endurance activities might necessitate higher carbohydrates for energy.
