BOOKING POLICIES
Our goal is to provide quality skin care to all our patients in a timely manner. No-shows, late arrivals, and cancellations inconvenience not only our professionals, but our other clients as well. We understand that life happens and will do our best to accommodate you as long as you communicate. Please be aware of our policies regarding missed appointments, cancellations/no-shows.
First Time Clients
As excited as we are to have you, we want to make sure that we have everything we need in order to create the best experience for you. Therefore, in order for your appointment to be confirmed, please be sure to complete all required intake forms and/or assessments. Once all required forms and/or assessments are received, your appointment will be confirmed.
Appointment Cancellation
When you book your appointment, you are holding a space on our calendar that is no longer available to our other clients. Therefore, in order to book an appointment, a credit card is required to be on file.
If cancellation is necessary, we require that you call us at (615)335-0602 during normal business hours at least 24-hours in advance. Appointments are in high demand, and your advanced notice will allow another client access to that appointment time. If you have reached us at a time we are assisting other clients, you may leave a detailed voicemail message, and we will return your call as soon as possible.
Late Cancellations/No-Shows
A cancellation is considered late when the appointment is cancelled less than 24-hours before the appointed time and will be subject to a 50% late cancellation fee. A no-call no-show is when a patient misses an appointment without cancelling and/or rescheduling and will be subject to pay 100% of the booked services. If you are more than 10-minutes late, your appointment will be cancelled and you be subject pay 100% of the booked services.
For clients that no-call, no-show twice, you will no longer be able to book future services.
