AGES 2-5: INTRO TO MOVEMENTS & SPORTS FUNDAMENTALS
Through age-appropriate games, drills, and activities, we help children develop essential motor skills, balance, and body awareness while introducing the basic principles of sportsmanship, teamwork, and healthy habits. This stage is all about joyful movement, skill discovery, and laying the groundwork for lifelong athletic development.
Key Focus Areas:
- Gross motor skill development (running, jumping, throwing, catching)
- Coordination, balance, and spatial awareness
- Play-based introduction to sports movements
- Building confidence through encouragement and exploration
- Social interaction and teamwork in a supportive environment
Whether your child is brand new to physical activity or naturally full of energy, this program helps them channel that excitement into healthy growth and foundational skills—with faith, fun, and movement at the heart of it all.
AGES 6-9: SKILL BUILDING & TEAM PLAY
In this stage of development, children are ready to sharpen their movement skills and begin learning how to work as part of a team. Our Skill Building & Team Play program for ages 6–9 is designed to nurture athletic growth while reinforcing character, discipline, and sportsmanship.
Young athletes will dive deeper into sport-specific skills, coordination drills, and structured games that promote agility, endurance, and control. With a strong emphasis on teamwork and communication, we help kids develop not just physically, but mentally and emotionally—preparing them for both athletics and life.
Key Focus Areas:
• Fundamental sports skills (dribbling, passing, kicking, swinging, etc.)
• Speed, agility, and coordination drills
• Understanding rules and game play
• Teamwork, communication, and good sportsmanship
• Encouraging perseverance, discipline, and confidence
AGES 10-13: COMPETITIVE & ADVANCED TRAINING
As young athletes enter their pre-teen years, it’s time to elevate their training with intentionality, discipline, and competitive focus. Our Competitive & Advanced Training program for ages 10–13 is designed to refine athletic skills, enhance performance, and build the mental toughness needed to thrive both on and off the field.
We introduce higher-level techniques, structured conditioning, and sport-specific strategies while continuing to reinforce teamwork, leadership, and a strong work ethic. Whether preparing for school teams, club sports, or simply striving for personal excellence, this program challenges athletes to rise to their full potential—with faith as their foundation.

- Advanced skill development and performance training
- Strength, endurance, and speed conditioning
- Competitive drills, scrimmages, and game scenarios

AGES 13-17: ENHANCED PERFORMANCE & MENTAL RESILIENCE
At this pivotal stage, we go beyond the basics to focus on high-level athletic performance, personal mastery, and mental resilience. Our Enhanced Performance & Mental Resilience program for ages 13–17 is designed to prepare teen athletes for competitive environments while nurturing strong character, leadership, and faith.
Training intensifies with personalized performance plans, strength and agility development, and situational training that simulates real-game pressure. Just as important, we equip athletes with mindset tools to stay focused, bounce back from setbacks, and lead with integrity both on and off the field.
