CAMP PROGRAMS

  • Multi-Sport Camp

    Perfect for young athletes who love to play! Each day, kids will explore multiple sports, including basketball, soccer, baseball, flag football, track & field, and more. Our fun and engaging drills help develop coordination, teamwork, and sportsmanship, all while making new friends!

    🧑‍🧒‍🧒 Ages: 5-13
    📅 Dates: Weekly sessions, June - August

    ⏰ Times: Half-day (9AM-12PM or 1PM-4PM) | Full-day (9AM-4PM)

  • Speed & Agility Camp

    Designed to make young athletes faster, stronger, and more explosive! This camp features sprint training, agility drills, footwork exercises, and conditioning workouts to improve overall athletic performance in any sport.

    📅 Dates: 2-week sessions in June & July

    ⏰ Times: Mon-Thurs, 9AM-12PM

  • Basketball Shooting & Skills

    Improve shooting mechanics, ball-handling, defense, and game IQ with drills used by elite athletes. Campers will compete in 1-on-1, 3-on-3, and shooting contests to build confidence and precision on the court!

  • Elite Soccer Training Camp

    This advanced camp focuses on footwork, passing, shooting, tactical play, and conditioning to prepare athletes for competitive soccer. Led by experienced coaches, players will train like pros and apply skills in small-sided games.

  • Tackle Football Prep Camp

    For young football players ready to level up their game! This camp teaches proper tackling, blocking, position-specific skills, and game strategy in a safe, structured environment. Athletes will gain confidence before the fall season!
