Birth Doula Services

You will have 1-2 prenatal visits scheduled we will continue to get to know one another; developing our connections and going over a birth plans/visions. We will also be going over exercises and activities to prepare for your birth.

Beginning at 35 weeks and continuing until your birth, we will be there for you 24/7 for whatever you need!

Prenatal massage is a specialized form of massage therapy designed to provide relaxation, relieve pain, and improve overall well-being during pregnancy. You will receive weekly massages starting at 36 weeks, up until you give birth, unless otherwise stated by your healthcare provider.

Starting in active labor, we will be right beside you providing emotional, physical, and informational support to help you navigate through the labor process up until 1-2 hours after birth; that can include techniques like massage, breathing exercises, position changes, encouragement and advocacy.

Before birth, we will be providing the education and benefits of breastfeeding so that you can make the best informed decision on how to feed your infant.

If you would like to move forward with breastfeeding, after birth, we will provide further guidance, troubleshooting, reassurance and education on lactation.

1-2 weeks after your birth, we will come and do a check in to provide you with any assistance you may need, or provide the proper resources, and answer any questions you may have.
