    We will show you how to protect your milk supply by teaching you how to hand-express colostrum and empty the breasts during engorgement.

    We will provide help with skin-to-skin holding techniques, which can lower stress hormones and increase milk-producing hormones.

  • NURTURING TECHNIQUES

    We will show you how you can develop your own nurturing and bonding styles confidently with your baby.

LACTATION CONSULTATION

During your lactation consultation, you will meet with an International Board Certified Lactation Consultant to talk about your specific goals and what to expect with breastfeeding.
