  • Bodywork

    Holistic bodywork uses a variety of techniques, including gentle contact, breath work, soft tissue manipulation, and static stretches to restore balance, promote self-healing, and improve the body's natural ability to rejuvenate.

  • Sound Healing

    Sounds healing is a therapeutic practice that uses sound vibrations from instruments like singing bowls, tuning forks, and gongs to promote overall well-being by addressing physical, emotional and spiritual aspects of a person, aiming to balance energy and induce deep relaxation through the power of sound waves resonating with the body's natural frequencies.

  • Healing Yoga

    Healing Yoga is designed to help you understand your body better, regulate your nervous system, improve your posture and improve the circulation of prana (vital energy or qi) in your whole system. On a deeper level the practices help you to develop self awareness and self compassion. If we can be kind to ourselves, we are more able to be respectful and kind to our fellow humans from all places.

  • Zazen Meditation

    Zazen is a mindfulness practice that helps people cultivate awareness and remain calm by focusing on the present moment, guiding them to a deeper understanding of their minds and emotions through disciplined attention to breath and posture.
