    • Postpartum Pilates: Focused on rebuilding core strength, improving posture, and addressing common postpartum issues like diastasis recti (separation of the abdominal muscles).


    • Strength Training for New Moms: A safe, progressive program designed to rebuild strength, focusing on the areas most affected by pregnancy, such as the core, glutes, and back.


    • Cardiovascular Conditioning: Low-impact cardio programs such as walking, swimming, or cycling to help new mothers regain cardiovascular health and promote overall energy levels.


    • Postpartum Recovery Circuits: Circuit-style workouts designed for new mothers, combining bodyweight exercises with low-impact movements to enhance fitness without overwhelming the body.
