- Strength Training for New Moms: A safe, progressive program designed to rebuild strength, focusing on the areas most affected by pregnancy, such as the core, glutes, and back.
- Cardiovascular Conditioning: Low-impact cardio programs such as walking, swimming, or cycling to help new mothers regain cardiovascular health and promote overall energy levels.

Yes—when guided appropriately. We offer safe, faith-based fitness plans tailored for each trimester and for postpartum recovery.
Do I need to be “in shape” to join your classes?
Not at all. Our programs welcome all levels and focus on strength, mobility, and breath—not perfection.
Are your classes in-person or online?
Both! You can join us locally or stream workouts from home with our membership options.
