  • 1-1 Training

    A training program where you will work one on one with a Fitness Professional to create a personalized plan to fit your specific needs. Our trainers will go over lifestyle habits, nutrition and specific goal setting while tracking our progress, working on injury prevention, safe techniques and muscle recovery.

  • Buddy Training

    Our Buddy Training Program is designed to get you, and your crew, working together to achieve your fitness goals to become stronger, healthier and living life to your fullest potential.

  • Online Training

    Our online training program is designed for those always on the go but still wanting to live active and healthy lives. We will create a personalized plan to meet your specific needs and go over lifestyle habits and nutrition. This plan will have progress checking and ongoing support from your trainer.

  • Group Classes

    Our fitness classes have something for any and everybody! Whether you want to start your morning with yoga, breath-work and meditation, train like a soldier or even get your kids up and moving with you! Every week we offer a variety of fitness classes for you to try! If you sign up for a Training Membership, ALL fitness classes are FREE.


    SUNRISE ZEN

    Beginners yoga class where you will learn meditation practices and grounding techniques, every Sunday.

    FIT FAM

    CALLING ALL FAMILIES!!
    Every Friday, parents bring your kiddos for our Fit Fam Class in the park. ALL Kids are FREE! (Ages 3+)

    HIIT ‘EM UP

    Tabata HIIT Classes every Wednesday! Whether you’re a beginner or advanced, come get up and move with us.

    POOL PARTY

    Mama, mama, can’t you see! What my trainer done to me! She had me in the burning sun. Told me this would be so fun. Now I’m running all around. Losing all these extra pounds. Join us every Saturday for our military style Boot Camp.


    *Please be sure to bring a water and towel. If this is your first time, you must complete the Client Health Assessment PRIOR to the start of class. Parents, you will also need to fill out a waiver for your kiddo if you are participating in the Fit Fam Class.

  • Athletic Coaching

    In our Athletic Coaching program we train, guide and motivate athletes to improve their skills, form and stamina to develop a competitive spirit, leadership and teamwork skills.

    Holistic nutrition is a comprehensive approach to health and wellness that considers the mind, body, and spirit as an interconnected system. It emphasizes eating whole, unprocessed foods, and also considers other factors like lifestyle, environment and genetics. Our nutritionists will create personalized plans for each client, taking into account their unique needs and circumstances, and go over lifestyle habits and the use of supplements.
