Recovery Center
FAQs
What is a postpartum recovery center?
A postpartum recovery center is a supportive environment where mothers can recover after birth while receiving professional guidance, nourishment, education, and newborn support. Our goal is to help mothers heal, rest, and gain confidence as they transition into parenthood.
What does “From Womb to Wonder” mean?
It reflects our commitment to supporting families through one of life’s most transformative journeys—from pregnancy and birth to the wonder of welcoming a new child into the world.
What does postpartum care include?
Our postpartum services support recovery, emotional well-being, feeding, and newborn care. We also offer nourishing meal prep, pelvic rehab, and sleep coaching.
How long can I stay?
We offer stays ranging from 3 days to 14 days, with customized options available based on your recovery needs.
Can my partner stay with me?
Yes! We encourage partner involvement and offer education and support for partners as they transition into their caregiving role.
*Sibling visits and family involvement are welcome during designated visitation hours.
When should I book my stay?
We recommend reserving your stay during your second trimester or early third trimester to ensure availability around your estimated due date.
How soon after birth can I arrive?
Most families arrive within 24–72 hours after hospital discharge. We can work with your healthcare provider to determine the safest timing for your stay.
What if I had a cesarean or difficult birth?
We provide support for mothers recovering from cesarean births, including mobility assistance, recovery education, incision care guidance, nutrition support, and rest-focused care to help mothers heal emotionally and physically.
Will I still care for my baby during my stay?
Yes. Our goal is not to replace your role as a parent but to support you while helping you build confidence and skills.
Why do you focus on the mother as much as the baby?
Because a thriving baby begins with a supported mother. Our philosophy is that caring for mothers is one of the most important investments we can make in the health of a family.
Will anyone judge me if motherhood doesn’t feel magical right away?
Absolutely not.
Every mother’s journey is different. Some feel immediate joy, while others feel exhausted, overwhelmed, uncertain, or disconnected. At Jubilee’s Eden, you are welcomed with compassion, grace, and support exactly where you are. You do not have to have it all together to be cared for here.
