Through faith-infused fitness training, we focus on developing endurance, agility, strength, and confidence while integrating scripture-based encouragement and prayer. Each session challenges students to push past limits and build a foundation of perseverance, discipline, and grace.   • BABY WARRIORS (Ages: 2-3)

    45 MINUTES


    “Playful Strength, Foundational Faith.”

    Our Baby Gladiators class is the perfect introduction to movement, play, and faith! Designed for our tiniest warriors, this class focuses on developing motor skills, balance, coordination, and confidence through fun, guided activities and parent-assisted play. Each session includes joyful music, movement games, and mini-obstacles to help toddlers explore their bodies and God’s world. We plant seeds of faith early through simple scriptures, songs, and affirmations that speak life into their hearts. It’s all about creating a safe, nurturing space where little ones can grow strong from the start—inside and out.

  • YOUNG WARRIORS (Ages: 4-6)

    “Big Energy. Brave Hearts. Bold Faith.”

    Young Warriors are always on the move—and so is this high-energy class built just for them! This age group is introduced to foundational strength exercises, obstacle courses, agility drills, and team games that develop coordination, confidence, and discipline. Through imaginative challenges and movement-based Bible stories, kids begin to understand how their bodies were made to move with purpose and power. Every class is a chance to channel energy in positive ways, build respect for others, and plant deeper roots in God’s Word. They’ll leave feeling strong, seen, and spiritually lifted.

  • JUNIOR GLADIATORS (Ages 7-9)

    “Training the Body. Grounding the Spirit.”

    Our Junior Gladiators are ready to take it up a notch! In this class, kids build physical strength, endurance, and athletic skills through circuit training, functional exercises, and engaging obstacle challenges. We focus on body awareness, form, and confidence, while also diving deeper into character-building lessons like perseverance, teamwork, and grace under pressure. Each workout is paired with a scripture or devotional thought, helping students understand how faith fuels their strength and determination. This class is all about training the whole warrior—mind, body, and spirit.

  • ELITE GLADIATORS (Ages: 10-13)

    “Faith-Fueled. Purpose-Driven. Glory-Bound.”

    Elite Gladiators are the rising leaders of our program. Tailored for preteens stepping into greater responsibility, this class focuses on advanced strength training, speed, agility, and mental toughness. Students face challenging workouts and goal-setting tasks that stretch their bodies and build resilience. But we don’t stop at fitness—we speak to the heart. Through scripture study, discussions, and mentorship, these young athletes are encouraged to stand firm in their identity, walk in integrity, and train with excellence. It’s not just about being strong—it’s about becoming who God created them to be.
